I went to the urgent care on south beach, had one of the best experience!! The nurse was beyond nice and treated me with respect,kindness, understanding and everything else. The X-RAY technique was the best I ever had. She was so nice and understanding and the both had a great sense of humor. I was in and out. The doctor was cool. Thank you all. You’re beyond the best!!

Very organized and detailed about what they couldn’t and couldn’t do. Nurses were very attentive and patient. Doctor was to the point and helpful. I couldn’t have asked for better care. Very thankful for the medical staff.

I was excited when Baptist Health South Beach opened because it was so close to my home and it was working. I no longer have the same excitement as I have felt more frustrations dealing with the services, feeling rushed, and do not feel that my concerns are listened to. The same goes for the primary services. I can't make an appointment directly with the office, office staff tell me they don't know the doctor's schedule, and services are limited. I do not give Baptist a one star because I have had great experience with their Diagnostic Center and General Surgery. The service has been above and beyond. Unfortunately, Baptist South Beach will not be seeing me again.

Very professional and welcoming staff, from reception to the nurses and doctor. And the space is gorgeous: lots of natural light pouring in the windows, with plenty of room to stay distant. I was in and out of urgent care in less than 1.5hrs (without appointment).

The facility is spotless. The staff was efficient and friendly. The wait was tolerable. The nurses knowledgeable and the doctor was fantastic. I had questions about my medication after I left which were quickly and professionally answered. The doctor actually got in the phone with me. This was the best experience I’ve ever had in a medical setting. I am thinking of switching all of my healthcare needs to this Baptist facility. Highly recommend.
